چکیده
The Lake Toba area as a Global Geopark Network is imaged super destination with the world's largest and one of deepest volcanic lakes, thus making it world heritage diverse diversity such geology, biology, culture. creates extraordinary natural phenomena, this rich in geological expanses rock types, contains values (heritage), cultural heritage, bio-heritage that are well known International. However, attractions Caldera have not provided education only place recreation for tourists. Therefore, necessary to design Museum organizing, collecting, maintaining, researching, presenting information about benefits potentials theme green architecture accommodating recreational educational activities visitors. This study used qualitative research methods. Several data collection, several collection methods used, primary secondary data. In designing geopark museum utilizing concept energy-efficient lightings skylights, ventilation, respect site, users, experience materials.

The Toba Caldera Complex
The Toba Caldera in Indonesia is one of the most remarkable volcanic features formed during Quaternary geologic time. Its rich history of research for over a century has yielded important information on the physical volcanology of silicic calderas and super-eruptions, geochemical evolution of silicic magma bodies, and geophysical imaging of active sub-volcanic systems. During the past 1.3 my, t...
متن کاملPost-supereruption recovery at Toba Caldera
Large calderas, or supervolcanoes, are sites of the most catastrophic and hazardous events on Earth, yet the temporal details of post-supereruption activity, or resurgence, remain largely unknown, limiting our ability to understand how supervolcanoes work and address their hazards. Toba Caldera, Indonesia, caused the greatest volcanic catastrophe of the last 100 kyr, climactically erupting ∼74 ...
متن کاملVolcanology. A large magmatic sill complex beneath the Toba caldera.
An understanding of the formation of large magmatic reservoirs is a key issue for the evaluation of possible strong volcanic eruptions in the future. We estimated the size and level of maturity of one of the largest volcanic reservoirs, based on radial seismic anisotropy. We used ambient-noise seismic tomography below the Toba caldera (in northern Sumatra) to observe the anisotropy that we inte...
متن کاملUnderstanding Harim in Architecture with a Phenomenological Approach
Architecture reflects the human perception of their existential relations with the world andtherefore it creates meaningful places. Every place with its boundaries concretizes a Harim, whichis the manifestation of such existential relations. This interrelation between the boundary (Marz)and the Harim may cause us to assume them both the same, but these two are different. Althoughevery Harim has...
متن کاملArchitecture Students’ Understanding of Landscape Issues in Design Studios (A Comparison Approach in Some Tehran Architecture Schools)
Without the surrounding environment of a site, architecture loses its full meaning. In the evolutionof the design process, a site's environment should be understood as the integral factor within which a designed productor artifact is expected to perform. The environment is not of secondary priority. Every building is intertwined with itscontext; context being its physical, visual and ecological...
